1.HRE Test Scale and Principle: · The HRE hardness test uses a 1/8-inch steel ball indenter to press into the material surface under a load of 100 kg, and the hardness value of the material is determined by measuring the indentation depth.

① Applicable material types:  Mainly applicable to softer metal materials such as aluminum, copper, lead alloys and some non-ferrous metals.

② Common application scenarios:  Quality control and hardness testing of light metals and alloys.  Hardness testing of cast aluminum and die castings. ·Material testing in the electrical and electronic industries.

③ Features and advantages: ·Applicable to soft materials: The HRE scale is particularly suitable for softer metal materials and provides accurate hardness testing.  Lower load: Use a lower load (100 kg) to avoid excessive indentation of soft materials.  High repeatability: The steel ball indenter provides stable and highly repeatable test results.

② Common application scenarios: Quality control and hardness testing of steel and cast iron parts. Hardness testing of tools and mechanical parts. Industrial applications of medium to high hardness materials.

③ Features and advantages: Wide range of application: HRG scale is suitable for medium to hard metal materials and provides accurate hardness testing. ·High load: Uses a higher load (150 kg) and is suitable for materials with higher hardness. High repeatability: The steel ball indenter provides stable and highly repeatable test results.

High load: Use a higher load (150 kg), suitable for materials with higher hardness, to ensure the accuracy of the test results. High repeatability: The steel ball indenter provides stable and highly repeatable test results.
