1. In 2019, Shandong Shancai Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. joined the National Testing Machine Standardization Technical Committee and participated in the formulation of two national standards
1)GB/T 230.2-2022:”Metallic Materials Rockwell Hardness Test Part 2: Inspection and Calibration of Hardness Testers and Indenters”
2)GB/T 231.2-2022:”Metallic Materials Brinell Hardness Test Part 2: Inspection and Calibration of Hardness Testers”
2. In 2021, Shandong Shancai participated in the construction of the automatic online hardness testing project of aerospace engine pipes, contributing to the aerospace industry of the motherland.
3. In the middle of year 2023, Shandong Shancai Testing Instrument Co.,Ltd moved into our own bigger working shop for better production, service, delivery. we are committed to the upgrading the quality of hardness tester, this year, we had already update the new series of Rockwell Hardness Tester, Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester, Double Rockwell & Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester, Universal Hardness tester series, all use electronic load control to instead of weight control, easy operate and maintain.

In June of year 2023, The company held the first group building since moving the new plant, all workers together to go to Laoshan Mountain in Qingdao,very beautifual, all Shancai/Laihua People like there, “Quality of survival, innovation and development” is the purpose of the development of our company, we’ll insist to upgrading and supplying best quality hardness testers & metallographic sample preparation machines to customer.
